LUIS SOTTIL

As the creator of Naturalismo 40 years ago, Luis Sottil introduced more than an artistic style. He established a philosophy that invites humanity to reconnect emotionally and spiritually with nature.

By giving voice to the emotions of nature’s living beauty and its symbolism, transforming them into immersive works of art, Naturalismo elevates awareness of our interdependence with the environment and inspires a deeper sense of respect, harmony, and responsibility toward all living things.

Through this vision, art becomes not only an act of observation, but a bridge toward higher consciousness and coexistence with the Earth.

Over 4,000 collectors later, across the world, the celebration of the 40th anniversary of Naturalismo will culminate in a major solo exhibition at the Main Hall of the Dallas Museum of Biblical Art in March 2027, a landmark recognition that further affirms the emotional, spiritual, and cultural resonance of Luis Sottil’s life’s work.
