As a scuba diver, the ocean has been one of my greatest teachers, yet in this instance, what moved me the most was not simply the flowing beauty of these mesmerizing creatures, but the emotional connection we made. Two living beings from completely different worlds.
Through the multidimensional layers of the Alive Series, the flowing tentacles became pathways of emotion. The vibrant colors became echoes of coral reefs, sunlight underwater, and the overwhelming feeling of encountering a conscious being looking back at you beneath the sea.
Because deep down, we all long to reconnect… not only with nature, but with the wonder of ourselves.
